Delivery

All items are made to order and therefore delivery time depends on how many orders I have, how large they are, and stock levels. I always aim to dispatch orders within a week and often within a few days. During new launches I will be extra busy making orders and therefore the delivery time might be slightly longer. Please also note that I suffer from Chronic Multisystem Sarcoidosis and my illness can affect me quite a lot - I will do my very best to make sure to update you should your order be delayed due to this.

Should you need your order urgently, then please do get in touch so I can try to help.

All orders are sent with Royal Mail - within UK this is 48 hour tracked and you will receive a tracking number when you order is dispatched.

International orders are also sent with Royal Mail and usually take 5-10 working days for delivery depending on the destination. You will receive tracking for Royal Mail on dispatch.

Duty is collected on orders for USA, which means there will be nothing to pay on delivery.

Returns

As already mentioned, all items are made specifically for you. However, should you not be satisfied with your order when you receive it, then please do get in touch within 14 days of delivery so I can try to help.
